A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We will migrate your website(s) to our ultra–modern cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching web hosting providers can result in lost data and undesired network downtime. That is why we will do all that for you for free!We have skilled administrators whose main task is to ensure that your site functions precisely as it did on your old web hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon well–known applications such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are many aspects to consider – the total number of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the present workload of our web site migration professionals, etc. Still, we do our best to perform all website migrations in a 48–hour period. Less sizeable web sites are transferred faster – typically in under 24 hours.

A: Yep. We will require the name of the web site that you’d like us to migrate. We will also require a means to log into your old web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your website.

A: Customer privacy is truly one of our main concerns – that is why, both our payment transaction page and our CP login page are protected with enterprise–level Secure Sockets Layer certificates. We use security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial methods to protect the data that we gather on the web. A: While we migrate your web site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. When the migration is complete, we will make certain that everything is functioning properly and that the integrity of your content is not affected before informing you that the transfer is complete. Then we’ll explain to you how to transfer the domain name over to your web hosting account with us and how to change your DNS records.

A: While we migrate your website content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: We can transfer your site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–powered hosting platform on condition that we can receive access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only sites that we are unable to migrate are those based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
